Meeting Expenses

- Meetings should have formal budgets.
- Each meeting should be assigned a unique department or project code. This will help with analyzing variances to budgeted expenses.
- All contracted meeting expenses should require written approval for changes to the contract. Verbal changes to contracts may be not be remembered by employees or misinterpreted by the vendor.
