With an emphasis on accountability, Kay assists exempt organizations in meeting their financial reporting, operational and federal and state filing requirements. Her experience includes working with exempt organizations in all areas relating to the preparation and planning of relevant forms and the corresponding issues. Due to her extensive experience in the industry, Kay understands the vigorous reporting requirements of the Form 990 in addition to other issues facing tax exempt organizations.
